White Polyester Printing & Filter Mesh

A high-specification white polyester mesh fabric with plain weave construction, intended for commercial screen printing and technical filtration. Made from 100% polyester filament yarn, it offers precise mesh counts from 40 to 280 (16T–110T), 1.65 m width and 1 m length per roll. Characterised by smooth surface texture, accurate mesh geometry, high tensile strength, and excellent elasticity, it resists deformation, abrasion, UV light, oils and moderate chemical exposure. Its electrical insulation and anti-vibration properties make it especially suited for membrane switch and PCB manufacturing, while its non-toxic, odourless nature supports safe use in textile and packaging printing operations.
