Float level switch is a simple structure, easy to use level control device. It does not provide power and has no complicated circuit. It has a smaller volume than the general mechanical switch and offers a long working life and other advantages. With correct material selection and shape, it can be used with various liquids under different pressure and temperature conditions. How it works: The float level switch consists of a magnetic reed switch and a float made of magnetic material. One or more magnetic reed switches are sealed inside a non-magnetic metal or plastic tube. The float moves along the tube as the liquid level changes. A dual loop control system fixes the float and reed switch in the appropriate positions. As the float rises or falls with the liquid level, the magnetic field activates the reed switch, causing it to open or close. When the float is near the reed switch, the switch turns on; when the float moves away, the switch turns off. This action enables level control or indication.
